Good Grief Resources and Support


The Coronavirus pandemic is a global crisis affecting all aspects of our lives. Social distancing and self-isolation can compound our fears about the disease. Many people face job insecurity and financial worries, and there is a danger our health system will be overwhelmed. This can mount up to a significant mental health impact.  

If you’ve been bereaved and are living with grief, you might already feel anxious or alone. Bereaved or not, we want to highlight some resources to help get you through this difficult time.

Bristol Bereavement Network has produced a directory of local services.  

The Good Grief Trust is an online portal of UK bereavement services, searchable by type and location.
